Our History and Our Methods
We started off in Sussex as Village Interiors. There John who trained in cabinet making at West Dean College Sussex and previously interior design at art college in the West Midlands, had his own business, refurbishing period houses, installing country kitchens, bathrooms and custom cabinetry, expanding eventually to include bespoke conservatories and orangeries.
Now we have come to the Costa del Sol and for us it is the biggest "orangery" in Europe. So we have evolved.
Evolution - They say "Necessity
is the Mother of Invention", and to that end our skills continue
to evolve to match the needs of our customers. Now 20 years later,
having relocated to the Costa del Sol 8 years ago, and can offer
our clients the benefit of our vast experience.

How we work - there's method in our madness!

When a prospective client contacts us for a quotation, the first thing that happens is that John visits the property to survey and to discuss the clients' needs. Then we we provide a complete quotation in writing. This also forms
our job Description and work plan for your project.
We believe that communications save misunderstandings and empowers
the customer, to this end we provide a weekly update (by email)
with digital photos of ongoing progress.
In order to create a pleasant experience for our clients -we
always make good and clean up after ourselves.
Our objective is to achieve customer satisfaction on the highest
level, whether working on a small or large project providing
a clean and friendly working environment. |
Our emphasis is on customer satisfaction, in fact we work mainly
on recommendation and you will find that all our customers are
highly enthusiastic about John and his skills. John INSISTS on
personally installing every project, and he will NOT ever subcontract
the work out. We DO NOT take on more than one project at a time,
so our time allocated to you is intense activity until the end.
Our work is guaranteed, and in the very rare instance that something
does not function well we IMMEDIATELY rectify the problem.
