Q. Can you give me a rough idea of
cost?
A. No we do not do that. Companies that give estimates or rough
ideas in our experience tend to double in price by the
end of the job. We believe in giving a firm quotation
with accurate plans and schedule of work to eliminate
any grey areas.
Q. When can you start?
A. We only take on one job at a time
- unlike other companies who fit the work to suit them
- we plan our work to suit the client and we also stay
on site until the job is finished.
Q. What will happen to our old kitchen,
bedroom or bathroom furniture.
A. Our policy is to leave the clients
house with no rubbish or remains of building work. We
offer serveral options as to the disposal of old fittings
in accordance with the clients wishes.
1) To resell the kitchen if is in fair
condition.
2) To give it away to charity.
3) To recycle it legally in a municipal
tip.
Q. Why don't you have a showroom.
A. The benefit of a showroom is that
is it "touchy feely" However this can give
unrealistic ideas about the kitchen planning. You are
also limited to the range in the showroom.
The disadvantage of a showroom is that
it has to be staffed by professional salespeople, and
the cost of their commission, the electricity rent rates
etc are passed on to the customer.
In our experience salespeople (so-called designers) sell you what they want to sell you.
We carry samples and our clients are
very welcome to arrange a visit to the factory to choose
materials, colours and styles. |
